At 5Star Wireless, we strive to ensure that all product listings are accurate, up to date, and clearly reflect what’s available both online and in-store. Inventory levels may vary, and items shown on our website are subject to availability at the time of your purchase. While we regularly update our listings, occasional discrepancies may occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors in pricing or product details, and update item availability without prior notice. All product images and descriptions are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product depending on batch variations, condition, or manufacturer updates.

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Sezzle
• Lease-to-own options are available through:

– Progressive Leasing
– Acima
– Payvantage
• Orders may be declined at our discretion or pending further verification
🎁 Gift Cards & Store Credit
• Valid for in-store use only
• Not redeemable for cash unless required by law
• Cannot be used for prepaid airtime or plan renewals
• Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable
Gift Cards can only be purchased with Cash or Credit Card and cannot be purchased with BNPL products such as Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna or any other of our partners.

All phones include a Temporary Security Tag to protect against fraud, unauthorized resale, and device misuse during the initial ownership period. This tag does not interfere with normal usage. For full details, expiration timelines, and what to expect, please visit our Store Policy.

Trade-In & Buyback Terms
🧾 Ownership Representation
By submitting a device for trade-in or buyback, you represent that you are the lawful owner and have the right to sell the device.
🔐 Verification Authorization
You authorize 5Star Wireless to:
Inspect and test the device
Verify IMEI/serial numbers
Perform carrier, blacklist, and financing checks
Document device condition for records and fraud prevention
🚫 Misrepresentation & Fraud
If a device is later determined to be lost, stolen, financed, misrepresented, or unlawfully obtained, 5Star Wireless reserves the right to take appropriate action, including transaction reversal and cooperation with carriers, financial institutions, or law enforcement as permitted by law.
🔄 Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of a device transfers to 5Star Wireless only after acceptance of the final offer and issuance of payment.
⚖️ Legal Framework
These trade-in terms are governed by applicable laws and supplement any additional agreements required for specific transactions.
🔒 5Star Security Seal (Returns Enforcement)
All devices sold by 5Star Wireless are inspected, verified, and sealed with a 5Star Wireless Security Seal at the time of sale.
• This seal confirms the device has not been used or altered after inspection
• Breaking, removing, or tampering with the seal constitutes acceptance and use of the device
• Devices with a broken or tampered seal are not eligible for return under Buyer’s Remorse or Right of Withdrawal
📲 Wireless Plan Activations
• Wireless plan activations, SIM setups, and number port-ins are considered completed services once activation is processed
• No refunds are available for airtime, plan fees, or SIM kits once activated
• Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and plan selection before activation
💾 Customer Data & Backup Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all personal data, photos, videos, messages, applications, passwords, and other information prior to any repair service, trade-in, inspection, software reset, unlocking process, or device transfer.
5Star Wireless is not responsible for lost data, corrupted files, account access issues, software changes, or information removed during diagnostic, repair, reset, or restoration procedures.
📡 Network Services Disclaimer
Wireless service performance is subject to the policies of the carrier selected by the customer. 5Star Wireless is not responsible for coverage, speeds, data throttling, or service interruptions caused by the carrier.
❌ Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or released for fulfillment, it is subject to our standard return policy.
📌 Orders placed using Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers such as Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Sezzle, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal Pay Later, leasing providers, or other financing platforms may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before fulfillment begins.
📌 If 5Star Wireless contacts the customer for verification, fraud prevention, or order approval and the customer responds authorizing release of the order hold, the order will immediately proceed into fulfillment processing and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Once shipped or fulfilled, the order becomes subject to the applicable Return Policy after delivery.
📹 Surveillance & Security Monitoring
For the safety of customers, staff, and business operations, 5Star Wireless retail locations may utilize video surveillance and security monitoring systems for fraud prevention, theft deterrence, dispute resolution, employee safety, and operational security purposes.
💬 Reviews & Testimonials
By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant 5Star Wireless permission to use your comments for marketing purposes. We may reference your first name and city unless anonymity is requested.
📦 Certified Refurbished / Pre-Owned Devices
Certified Refurbished / Pre-Owned devices are not eligible for refunds.
In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of 5Star Wireless, customers may be offered a trade-in or upgrade option within 14 days of purchase.
• Trade-in or upgrade options are not guaranteed
• Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
• Device condition, account standing, and other factors may affect eligibility
These options do not constitute a right to return or refund and are provided as a courtesy when applicable.
🧾 Invoices & Payment Receipts
Receipts are issued at the time of purchase or service. For invoiced purchases, full payment is due by the date listed on your invoice unless alternate terms are approved in writing. Late payments may result in cancellation of service, collection activity, or administrative fees.

5Star Wireless is not responsible for documentation related to third-party leasing or financing agreements.
🌪️ Force Majeure
5Star Wireless is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or carrier-related issues.
⏰ Support Hours
Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (EST). Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to on the next business day.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
• You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Tampering with devices, bypassing fraud prevention tags, or engaging in chargeback abuse may result in legal action or permanent device lockout
• Threatening, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward 5Star Wireless staff or representatives may result in refusal of service, cancellation of transactions, or removal from our premises

• All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration or small claims court in Leon County, FL
• You agree to waive your right to a class-action lawsuit or jury trial
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
5Star Wireless is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier if a package goes missing after delivery is confirmed.
🖊️ Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical or system errors.
🧾 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Store Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and 5Star Wireless and override any prior communications or understandings.
