🚛 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for orders placed through our website:

📌 Delivery timeframes listed below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing, payment verification, fraud screening, or fulfillment time.

Standard Shipping

• $19.95 flat rate
• Estimated carrier transit time: 4–7 business days after shipment
• Most customers receive their order within approximately 5–10 business days total, including processing time

Free Shipping (when applicable)

• Automatically applied on orders with 2+ items and a subtotal over $399.99
• Ships using the standard shipping timeframe unless otherwise stated

📌 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, verification requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.


⏳ Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will process/ship on the next business day
• Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days

📌 In rare instances, order processing, fulfillment, verification, inventory transfer, or carrier coordination may take up to 7 business days before shipment.

Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and delivery estimates.


🏪 In-Store Pickup

• Pickup is available during store hours at:

• Please wait for your pickup confirmation email (or call) before arriving
• Valid photo ID may be required at pickup


🔍 Tracking Information

• Tracking numbers are provided by email when your order ships
• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after a shipping label is created depending on carrier processing times
• If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us for an update


🛡️ Fraud Prevention

📌 Certain orders may require additional verification before shipment based on order value, billing/shipping mismatch, ZIP code risk analysis, fraud screening results, or suspicious account activity.

5Star Wireless reserves the right to cancel, delay, hold, or refund any order flagged for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, verification concerns, inventory discrepancies, or security review.

Additional identification or payment verification may be required before shipment approval.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If your item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim

• We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery location for all orders.

📌 Customers are encouraged to photograph or record the unboxing of high-value shipments immediately upon delivery in the event a damage, tampering, or missing-item claim must be filed

• Please file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) if your package is lost after delivery

• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
– Weather events
– Carrier outages
– Incorrect address entry by the customer
– National holidays
– High shipping volume periods
– Carrier routing or transportation delays


🔁 Return Shipping

• Return shipping is available only for approved returns in accordance with our Refund Policy

📌 Return Address for Approved Returns

All approved returns must be shipped to:

Returns sent to any other address may be delayed or refused.

• If a return is approved, 5Star Wireless will issue a prepaid return label
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit
• If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages

📌 Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which outlines return conditions, inspection requirements, and refund timelines (typically 9–15 business days after receipt).


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.


✍️ Signature Requirements

Most orders shipped by 5Star Wireless will require signature confirmation upon delivery for security, fraud prevention, and package protection purposes.

A signature may be required for high-value orders, fraud prevention purposes, or other shipments at the discretion of 5Star Wireless.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, or hold the package for pickup according to the carrier’s rules.


🏷️ Address Changes

Once an order has been submitted, shipping address changes are not guaranteed.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

If you need to request a change, contact us immediately — we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.


✅ Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete.

If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.


🔒 Package Forwarding Services

5Star Wireless is not responsible for packages forwarded, rerouted, transported, or handled by third-party package forwarding companies, freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or reshipping providers.

Once a package has been delivered to the forwarding address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer and/or forwarding provider.


📫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

• The customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost
• We will contact you for address confirmation before reshipping
• Orders returned after multiple failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus shipping costs, carrier fees, or handling charges.

📌 Orders returned due to incomplete, invalid, or incorrect addresses may be canceled minus original shipping costs and any carrier return fees


🗓️ Business Days

All shipping and delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days for order processing or delivery.


🚚 Carrier Selection

We may ship your order via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier at our discretion, depending on speed, availability, destination, and operational needs.


🧾 Device Identification & Fraud Prevention

All devices sold by 5Star Wireless may be internally tracked and documented by serial number, IMEI, or other unique identifiers for fraud prevention, warranty verification, order tracking, and dispute resolution purposes.

📌 Certain merchandise, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and laptops, may be equipped with security tag technology or device protection features intended to help prevent fraud, theft, unauthorized resale, or carrier-related loss during the ownership or financing period.

📦 Package Condition Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

📌 If a package appears opened, damaged, tampered with, or altered prior to delivery acceptance, customers are encouraged to document the condition with photos and notify the carrier immediately.


⚖️ Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership responsibility transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


🚨 Chargeback & Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent chargebacks, false delivery claims, abuse of refund policies, or intentionally disputed delivered orders may be reported to payment processors, fraud-prevention databases, collections agencies, or law enforcement where applicable.


📲 Software Updates & eSIM Compatibility

Software updates, manufacturer restrictions, eSIM requirements, carrier policies, or future network changes may impact device compatibility, functionality, or supported features after purchase.

5Star Wireless is not responsible for software-related compatibility changes made by carriers or manufacturers after the order is completed.


🧾 Lease-to-Own Orders

Orders placed using lease-to-own services (e.g., Progressive, Acima, Payvantage) may require additional approval or identity verification.

Shipping will not begin until the lease is approved and cleared by the provider.


📦 Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on item availability, warehouse location, or temporary stock availability.

📌 Items that are temporarily unavailable or delayed may ship separately once available.

You will receive a tracking number for each package.


🔋 Lithium-Ion Battery Shipping Notice

Some shipments containing lithium-ion batteries, including smartphones and electronic devices, may experience additional carrier routing restrictions, transportation delays, or handling requirements depending on the carrier and destination.


📞 Carrier Delivery Issues

Customers may be required to contact the shipping carrier directly for certain delivery delays, pickup requests, delivery holds, address access issues, or package recovery assistance.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs inspections, weather events, natural disasters, inventory transfer delays, fraud prevention review, or unforeseen logistical issues.

📌 In rare cases, processing and fulfillment may take up to 7 business days before shipment, especially during high-volume sales periods, holidays, major sales events, carrier disruptions, inventory transfers, or identity verification review.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or offer refunds for delays outside our control.

Packages refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking deductions, or carrier fees.


🚫 No P.O. Box Deliveries

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security, tracking, and verification reasons.

Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box may be automatically canceled and refunded.

📌 For certain high-value, lease-to-own, or fraud-screened orders, the billing and shipping address may be required to match before shipment approval.


🧾 Taxes & Special Handling

Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-standard destinations may be subject to additional handling time or address restrictions.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
