Customers may earn reward points through the following activities:

🛒 Purchases made through the 5Star Wireless website or retail location
🎉 Promotional campaigns or limited-time offers
👥 Referral programs
📩 Account sign-ups or marketing promotions

The number of points earned per purchase or activity may vary and will always be displayed in the customer rewards dashboard or promotional materials.

5Star Wireless reserves the right to adjust how points are earned, including point values, promotional bonuses, and eligible activities at any time.


🛍️🎁 3. Redeeming Rewards

Reward points may be redeemed for eligible discounts, products, or promotional offers as determined by 5Star Wireless.

🌐 Cross‑Program Rewards (Genie ISP)

Customers may also choose to convert their 5Star Wireless reward points into Genie ISP reward points. This allows customers who use Genie ISP services to apply their rewards toward eligible Genie ISP promotions or merchandise when available.

To request a rewards transfer, customers must contact support and request the conversion. Our team will verify the account and process the transfer manually.

Once transferred, reward points may become subject to the Genie ISP rewards program rules and policies.


Reward points may be redeemed for eligible discounts, products, or promotional offers as determined by 5Star Wireless.

General redemption guidelines:

✔ Points may only be used during checkout on eligible purchases
❌ Points cannot be exchanged for cash
🔒 Points cannot be transferred between accounts
⚠ Certain products, services, or promotions may be excluded from reward redemption


⏳⭐ 4. Expiration

Reward points expire after 24 months of account inactivity.

Inactivity means that no qualifying purchases, reward redemptions, or other reward‑earning activities have occurred on the customer's account.

If an account remains inactive for 24 consecutive months, unused reward points may automatically be removed from the account.

Promotional or bonus points may have different expiration periods when stated in specific promotions.

Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed once removed.


⚠️🛑 5. Limitations

To keep the program fair for everyone, the following limitations apply:

📱 Reward points apply to merchandise purchases only (phones, accessories, and eligible retail products)

🚫 Rewards cannot be used toward:

• Service plan payments
• Prepaid plan refills
• Activation fees
• Repair labor
• Lease payments
• Financing balances
• Shipping charges
• Taxes

Additional rules:

💸 Points cannot be exchanged for cash
🔁 Rewards may not be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts
📦 Reward redemptions cannot exceed the total merchandise value of an order
💳 Rewards cannot create a cash payout or negative order balance

🚨 Abuse, manipulation, resale activity, or fraudulent behavior may result in:

• Account suspension
• Removal from the rewards program
• Forfeiture of all reward points

⚖ Accounts that initiate payment disputes or chargebacks related to purchases that earned rewards may have those reward points revoked and may be removed from the program.


🔄📦 6. Returns and Refunds

If an order that earned reward points is returned or refunded, the associated points may be deducted from the customer's rewards balance.

If reward points were used on a purchase that is later refunded, the points may be restored to the account at the discretion of 5Star Wireless.


🔐👤 7. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

5Star Wireless is not responsible for unauthorized redemption of rewards resulting from compromised accounts.


🛠️📋 8. Program Changes

5Star Wireless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program or any portion of it at any time without prior notice.
