🔐 Security Tag Notice
All phones sold by 5Star Wireless include a Temporary Security Tag designed to protect customers and the business against package theft, lost shipments, and unauthorized possession during transit or the immediate post-delivery period.
This tag also helps deter fraud and unauthorized resale of devices before ownership is fully verified. It does not interfere with normal phone usage.
The Temporary Security Tag does not affect a customer’s statutory return rights or right of withdrawal.

🏬 In-Store and Online Purchase Policies
🔄 Buyer’s Remorse & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their item, without providing a reason.
5Star Wireless processes withdrawal requests under this Buyer’s Remorse policy, which applies to unused and unactivated items only.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email at

⚠️ Note: Returns submitted without a stated reason may experience delays, as our team must review and determine the cause for the return before processing.
Buyer’s Remorse Timeframes
• In-Store Purchases: Refunds accepted within 48 hours of purchase
• Online Purchases: Refunds accepted within 14 days of delivery
🔒 5Star Security Seal Requirement
Buyer’s Remorse / Right of Withdrawal applies only to devices that remain sealed with the 5Star Wireless Security Seal.
• All devices are inspected, verified, and sealed by 5Star Wireless at the time of sale
• The seal confirms the device has not been used or altered after inspection
• If the seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, the return will be automatically denied
• Breaking the seal constitutes acceptance and use of the device
Eligibility Requirements
If the security seal is intact, returned items must meet all of the following:
• No visible damage, wear, or signs of tampering
• All original packaging, accessories, and security seals are included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns sent to any other address may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
🔧 Malfunctioning Devices
Devices that experience a verified malfunction may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of:
• Purchase (in-store), or
• Delivery (online)
Devices must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Any signs of damage, wear, tampering, or broken security seal will result in denial of the return.
💰 Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Cash refunds may be issued by company check, CashApp, or Zelle if approved and available
🔒 Lost or Uncashed Refund Checks
If a refund is issued by company check and the check is lost after delivery, replacement checks are not issued.
If a refund check is mailed by 5Star Wireless and is lost in transit and confirmed as not delivered, one (1) courtesy replacement check may be issued.
If a replacement check is also lost, no additional checks will be issued. Any further refund amounts must be received via CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal, if available and approved.
If the original refund check remains uncashed for 181 days, the refund will be resolved by store credit only. At that time, 5Star Wireless may, at its discretion, place a stop payment on the original check and issue store credit for the refund amount, less a $50 processing fee.
🕒 Refund Timing
• Refunds are processed after the item is received, inspected, and approved
• Standard processing time: 9–15 business days
• Posting times may vary by bank or payment provider
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (All Purchases)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Prepaid airtime, activated plans, or SIM top-ups
• Carrier-locked devices (T-Mobile Locked, Verizon Locked, etc.)
• AS-IS, clearance, or modified devices
• Certified Refurbished / Pre-Owned devices
• Devices missing accessories or original packaging
• Devices showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering
Gift card purchases are final and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Note: Certified Refurbished / Pre-Owned devices are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for potential trade-in or upgrade options, if applicable.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are processed under the same timeframes and conditions as returns.

🧾 Sales Tax Refunds
Sales tax collected during your original purchase will be refunded where applicable and in accordance with local and state tax regulations.
📄 Required Documentation
To initiate a return or refund, please include:
• A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation
• The device IMEI or serial number
• A brief explanation of the issue (if applicable)
Missing or incomplete information may delay processing or result in denial.
📬 Return Shipping Policy
For approved returns, 5Star Wireless may issue a prepaid return label.
• A $35 flat return shipping fee may be deducted if a label is provided
• Customers using their own shipping method assume responsibility for loss or damage
• We strongly recommend using the provided label and retaining tracking information
⚠️ Return Denials
Returns may be denied if:
• The security seal is broken, removed, or tampered with
• The return falls outside the return window
• Accessories or packaging are missing
• The device shows damage, wear, or misuse
• The device is carrier-locked
⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
• Check your bank or credit card statement
• Contact your payment provider
