Malfunctioning devices may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange. Buyerβs remorse returns accepted within 48 hours (25% restocking fee applies). No refunds on prepaid plans, SIMs, or AS-IS devices.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 9β15 business days, or 5β7 days if expedited. Cash refunds are processed by check, CashApp, or Zelle.

Most, if not all, devices are sold as open box to allow for this professional evaluation. Every phone sold by 5Star Wireless includes a Temporary Fraud Prevention Tag β a digital protection tool that helps stop fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized resale.
This system ensures your purchase remains secure during the post-sale period while keeping your phone fully usable.

π± What the Tag Does
β’ Everything can be used like normal β calls, texts, internet, apps, Apple ID, Google login, camera, and more
β’ The tag only restricts:
ββ Factory reset attempts
ββ On iPhones, the Wi-Fi toggle cannot be turned off during the active tag period
β’ iPhones will display:
ββThis device is managed by an organizationβ β this just confirms the tag is active and protecting your device
β±οΈ When It Expires
β’ Card payments: Expires automatically after 120 days
β’ Cash payments: Expires automatically within 24β48 hours
Once expired, the tag is removed remotely and the device becomes fully open β no action required on your end.

- IMEI number
- Reason for early unlock request
We'll review and respond within 1β3 business days. Early removal is granted based on purchase verification and account status.

β’ Do not attempt to remove or tamper with the tag
β’ Doing so may result in permanent device lockout, voided warranty, or legal action
β’ The tag does not interfere with phone performance and automatically expires when your verification period ends
