Upon upgrading you must provide your reciept where you purchased the device, case, and screen protector.
We will offer a quote for the trade in and make a trade in offer once we have evaluated the phone.
Phone Trade in Requirements:
- Phone must be unlocked.
- Google/Apple ID must be erased from the device.
- Phone must be Factory Reset after all account information has been removed from the device.
The device must be in a state where it is not locked with passwords, or locked with a Google or Apple ID. If the phone does not meet these requirements, the eligibility of trade in will be voided until that information can be obtained.
